  Best jerky!

  I wish climax jerky was in stores - I absolutely love all of their jerky. The elk is my favorite - it’s lean and flavorful. Can’t recommend enough!

  Awesome Delicious Artisanal Quality Jerky

  I am a backcountry bowhunter and butcher and cut and smoke by hand my own wild game into jerky. It is a very laborious and time consuming process.
