  Wonderful flavor

  The hickory smoked bison is very delicious; well worth trying. I plan on buying more.

  We usually do big orders for Christmas
  This was a sample order. Not as tender as previous orders

  I order the same products frequently. Buffalo is a cleaner source as I don't know if the beef if cafo.

  The Buffalo jerky is awesome. I haven't had jerky in a long time, haven't been eating much meat for various reasons, but I've bought a few bags of this. Tender, good spices, the right amount of chewy, just pretty awesome stuff
